Heal your heart and forgive

This healing workshop starts even before you arrive in Greece with a special preparation, that you will be instructed about. This original workshop is coming full circle- with a trip to this same healing sanctuary of Epidaurus in Greece, in a beautiful natural environment, where the serenity of nature, the soft lines of surrounding mountains and the Mediterranean flora dominate. There, you will experience the strong magnetic pull of this powerful place, where 2.500 years ago people from all over the Mediterranean seeked healing and got cured of many serious ailments.

You will be given instructions for the seminar by e-mail 60 to 30 days prior to your arrival to Greece.

Journey Schedule:

Day 1: Arrival in Athens. Pick up and check in at Hera Boutique Hotel (in the centre of Athens).

Dinner at Peackock restaurant, which  is located in the roof garden of the hotel and is offering a magnificent view to the Acropolis hill and Athens city centre. It is a good opportunity to meet the rest of the team and familiarise yourself better with the philosophy of the trip.

Day 2: Morning: Tour in Athens. Acropolis, Acropolis museum, lunch in the area of the Ancient Agora and Plaka.

The Agora was the center of political and public life in Ancient Athens. It was a large open area surrounded by buildings of various functions. The Agora was utilized for commerce, political, religious and military activity

Night: Visit Vouliagmeni, a seaside suburb of Athens, offering beautiful sunset views. Dinner in a restaurant by the sea (with a variety of fish delicacies).

Day 3: Departure for Epidauros, where you will prepare yourself for Noosfera seminar. After the short visit in Epidauros sanctuary, you will depart for Noosfera 

Visit to Epidaurus. You will receive your personal “guiding map” and walk around the place, first to the Theater (where the greatest artists from all over the world still give memorable performances ), then to the small Museum searching for the “mirrors” of your life. You will continue to the mysterious Tholos to get the inner guidance, pass by the fighting spot and reaching finally the stadium receiving the ancient symbol of glory. This part of the workshop is running in silence just by following your personal guiding map and provided instructions, this way you follow the path of the ancient pilgrim in your personal healing of the heart.

Day 4: Noosfera seminar

Realizations and forgiveness

8:00-9:30 Breakfast

10:00-14:30 We spend the day sharing and reflecting on your insights and realizations.

14:30-16:30 Lunch and free time for relaxation

16:30-18:30 Closure of the workshop with guided meditation on forgiveness

19:30 Dinner

Day 5: Departure for Epidauros/Nafplion.

Tour in Ancient Epidauros, the Ancient Theatre and the museum.

Check in the hotel Amphitryon. 

Nafplion is the most picturesque town of the Peloponnese area. It was the first capital of Greece in 1829-1834. The town itself played a huge role in the formation of Greek modern history.

Day 6: Departure for Athens/ visit and tour in Mycenae.

The ‘Gold Mycenae’ was the kingdom of mythical Agamemnon, first sung by Homer in his epics. Is the most important and richest palatial center of the Late Bronze Age in Greece. The name was given to one of the greatest civilizations of Greek prehistory, the Mycenaean and the myths associated with their history crossed the centuries, from the Homeric epics and the great tragedies of the classical period, while inspired and continue to inspire the world intellectual creation and art.
