Milia Metsovou

Milia is one of the most beautiful villages of Epirus. Located at an altitude of 1250 meters above deionized sea, at the mountain of Pindos. Geopolitical belongs in the prefecture of Ioannina and in particular occupies the northeastern part of the county, just 65 km from Ioannina.
It has permanent population of 450 inhabitants. With the implementation of the program "I. Kapodistrias" remained independent community of Ioannina, area of 54,000 acres, of which 36,000 are forests. Embraced from the mountains Livadi, Maurovouni and Tsapouli, the Pindos Mountains and from the Antichasia located between Metsovo (N. Ioannina), the Malakasio, Old Koutsoufliani (N.
