Dimitris Kallimanis

Dimitris Kallimanis is a graduate of the School of Pharmacy and has been occupied with the study of plants and herbs for more than 24 years. He has attended several seminars on pharmaceutical technology, pharmacognocy, herbology, aromatherapy and alternative treatments, under the auspices of public institutions - Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of the University of Athens, Institute of Agricultural Sciences-, as well as of a private college – Medicum College. His book on natural cosmetics, the study on Dioscorides's therapeutics and the recreation of medicines from ancient Greece and Byzantium is under publication. His two important papers on ancient Greek wine are going to be presented at the International Conference of Executive Chefs in Crete.
